Hi Paul, been a fan since She makes My Nose Bleed emerged on one of the listening posts in my local Our Price (Remember them?), and have been a fan ever since, even mistakenly recently sent you an e-mail that was intended for a different Paul about HMP Tornado suits being non-fire retardent!

Really enjoyed both legs of the Six Blog, even wetting myself laughing at one point on the part about Shotgun..... Which brings me to my 2 questions that Ive been dying to ask since the 1st of September...........

1) The Large Hadron Collider - Doomsday Device or the Catalyst for improved sciences we thought unimaginable?

2) With the bottomless pit of cash that Manchester City now have, is the premiership doomed to becoming uncompetitive and ruined?

Okay, a Mansun one then....

3) Whatever happened to the other Howard Devoto track, Never Again?

To promote the "six" album you toured around the uk and luckily you came to my hometown of "Hull" at the uni to be exact. It was my first gig and to see you first before any other band was a dream come true, but coz it was my first gig and i didn't know my way round the uni that well i went into the wrong entrance and i walked into you lot doing your sound check,i just stood there looking at you in shock and disbelief, and you looked back at me like to say "what the fuck" and some security man dragged me out,do you remember lol.You also played at the tower in hull, the worst dive on the planet, young lads would go there to get drunk for the first time and would get raped by alcoholic women in there 50's how did you ever make it out there alive lol.plus for some reason there used to be 3 inchs of chewing gum stuck to the floor all over the place,if you remember anything of the tower club in hull i'd love to hear your take on it.Did you enjoy your time in hull???

Hi! Reading the blog it feels as if making Six was a really painful and stressful experience. But if you listen to Pentagram there's that bit with hysterical giggling in it. Is that just the drugs (if so please recommend), or did you actually have some fun? :)

I'm still going through the pages of blog (sorry, didn't get the email until just earlier) and enjoying it in that very head-scratching sort of way.

What I'd like to know, and I'm sorry if this has been talked to death before, but, WTF happened with the US release of "Six"? Brown promo cover, fucked up track order, no promotion- dead.

I'd had that one so long before getting the UK version that I had to retrain my ears to the album, if you follow me.

Hi guys, hope you're both well
Reading the blog made all sorts of memories come flooding back after 10 yrs so thanks for that guys.

I'd like to ask you both, was there any point while recording Six you just sat there and thought ' fuck this, it's too fucked up to make sense'?

Thanks again
Lots of Love, Luck and Happiness Nic xxx

Hi, Paul! Loved the excellent blog on Six. However, you don't seem to want to say much about I care, which is my favourite B-side... Could you please shed some light on the song now? A few (dozen) sentences would be enough. :))

Hello!

I've been a fan since Attack of the Grey Lantern. I'd just like to ask, how do you feel today, looking back [10th anniversary of Six!] - and seeing that so many of your fans have grown up with your music?

Hello boys! A 'Smash Hits' style question for you for light relief....

If you were a domestic appliance, what would you be?

Paul Draper, instead of your 'fish with legs' pix on Facebook(I gather that is supposed to represent your evolvement from a previous species?), can we have one of you smiling please? I bet you have a lovely smile! :-)

Whilst cooking the dinner, I better write these questions.

First, what would you like for your tea?

Second, if I missed it I do apologise, but do you have any emotional attachment to the songs?

Third, isn't it great getting old?

More gems later, gotta turn the taters.

Hi Paul and Andie! I'm a big fan of yours!

I would like to ask if you ever felt that you're risking everything when you were recording six?

Hi Paul and Andie

Paul mentioned in the blog that many people have said Six is, to them, the greatest album ever, what would you both nominate as your greatest album ever?

Can't wait for new material Paul!

Cheers!
